Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Please note that shipping times are estimates and risk of loss remains with luz until the order is delivered to the customer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. luz is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events outside our control.

International Shipping
We currently ship to Portugal and are expanding to the United States and other international markets. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@luzstreetwear.com. Claims should be submitted within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
