2. Purpose of the Store

(luz) operates as an online store selling Christian apparel produced through a print-on-demand system. All products are personalized and manufactured only after order confirmation.

3. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed on the website are in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes.

Products are exempt from VAT under Article 53 of the Portuguese VAT Code (CIVA), applicable to small retailers operating under the VAT exemption regime.

Payments are securely processed through the payment methods available at checkout. (luz) does not store credit card details.

4. Order Process

By placing an order, the customer:

  • Confirms that all provided information (name, address, email) is accurate and complete;

  • Accepts these Terms and Conditions;

  • Authorizes the processing of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

After payment confirmation, the customer will receive an order confirmation email containing the order details.

5. Production and Shipping (Print-on-Demand)

(luz) products are produced on demand through our fulfillment partner Printful. This means:

  • Production begins only after payment confirmation;

  • Production time typically ranges from 2 to 7 business days;

  • Shipping time depends on the destination and selected shipping method;

  • The customer will receive order status updates via email.

6. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

  • Providing a correct and complete delivery address;

  • Ensuring contact details are accurate and up to date;

  • Inspecting the order upon receipt.

(luz) is not responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

7. Limitation of Liability

(luz) is committed to providing high-quality products. However, due to the print-on-demand production process, minor variations in color or design positioning may occur. Such variations do not constitute a manufacturing defect.

In the event of a verified manufacturing defect, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the product, in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under Portuguese or European consumer protection law.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.

In case of dispute, the customer may resort to:

9. Changes to the Terms
